Dr. Alison Pellicane D.C.FounderDr. Alison Pellicane is the founder of SOL House of Healing Arts and a passionate advocate for authentic living and deeply personalized health care that people can truly feel good about. With over 25 years of experience in chiropractic, functional medicine, functional neurology, and cold laser therapy, Dr. Ali blends intuitive care with advanced techniques to support each individual's unique healing journey. Dr. Ali graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2004 and has been a lifelong student of the healing arts. She is also a trained doula and the founder of the Holistic Moms Network South Shore LI, where she led the chapter for 11 years after establishing it in 2006. Offering chiropractic family wellness through pregnancy and birth to all phases of life is both a passion and driving force behind Dr. Ali's care. With SOL, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming space rooted in connection, compassion, and care — for everybody. Dr. Ali is honored to serve the Long Beach community, where she lives and raises her three children. Aside from the healing arts, Dr. Ali is a music enthusiast and bass player. Sarah Ng LAcAcupuncture SpecialistSarah is a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist. She graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Science in Acupuncture from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Acupuncture at Pacific College of Health and Science. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Adelphi University. Her healer’s path began after a near-death experience that led to a profound spiritual awakening. She believes that true healing occurs when the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being work together in harmony. As a practitioner, Sarah is committed to providing compassionate and integrative care. She guides patients in reconnecting with their bodies to restore balance and support overall well-being. She holds a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine and a Bachelors in Musical Theater Performance from UCLA. Her additional training in Conflict Resolution and Community Organizing further informs her mind-body healing practice. Supplemental to her acupuncture practice, Parnia works as an Intimacy Coordinator for Theater and Film productions and educates community groups on non monogamous practices to foster emotional awareness and healthy relationships towards holistic wellness. Her artistic and creative abilities enable her to allow for fluid variance in finessing healing modalities to find innovative treatment strategies with her patients. With formal training in both China and the United States, Ao brings over a decade of clinical experience treating a wide range of conditions with acupuncture, Tuina, and related therapeutic modalities. Ao earned an Associate Degree in Acupuncture and Tuina from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, one of China’s leading institutions for integrative medicine, followed by a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is also a Diplomate in Acupuncture certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Kathleen Rufle LMTMassage TherapistKathleen Rufle was born and raised in Glendale, Queens. After 35+ years of working in Accounting, being a mother to 2 daughters, and a grandmother to 2 grandsons, she decided to begin her journey as a Licensed Massage Bodywork Therapist at the age of 59. Four years ago she obtained her license in New Jersey, Florida and has just received her New York State License. Kathy specializes in Myofascia Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage and is currently working on her specialization in Lymphatic Drainage. She uses a variety of techniques, such as orthopedic cupping, stretching and mobilization, trigger point, as well as gua sha/scraping to cater to each individual’s needs. Due to Kathy’s own challenges that include fibromyalgia and fascia restrictions, she has been able to empathize, and sympathize with those who struggle with personal challenges while also assisting them in their healing. Her work helps fight against bad postural issues, release stiffness and inflammation, relieve strains, and stiffness.
